Birds singing, sunshine!
Flowers blooming, grass growing--
Spring is coming, yeah!
We are having a beautiful week of spring weather. Even though we've been sick, it's such a mood lifter to look outside and see sunshine, and green. Everything looks so lush and full already. It's amazing what a difference it can make to my outlook on life. A few months ago, I was slipping into major blues, some things were really, really bothering me. I had serious worries on my mind. Now, those same issues are there, but their not affecting me in anywhere near the same way. It's much easier for me to not feel bogged down by them, to feel naturally optimistic that things will be OK. I wish I could command those feelings when I feel myself getting so down, but I'm very thankful for them now. If I can feel so upbeat and cheerful while my eardrum is threatening to burst, I'll take it!

I’m happy for you
folks in Ohio where Spring’s
arriving at last ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
nice you just may get out from under winter afterall :)
We thought Spring was here in NW Washington. Today we had snow and hail, but it's not cold enough for the snow to stick. It's supposed to be colder tomorrow, though!
I'm glad things are cheering up for you. :)
We're having the same kind of gorgeous weather here in NY. And yes, it's a great thing what a little sunshine and warmth can do for the spirit!
Sounds wonderful - amazing how sun makes us feel better - woke to another inch of snow and bitterly cold wind this morning. I think the birds are frozen and haven't seen a flower, yet. Your haiku makes me feel good, though!
Spring is so uplifting! I'm glad its finally arrived at your house! How's your eardrum doing?
