Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are…
Let me not pass you by in quest of some rare and perfect Tomorrow.
One day I shall dig my nails into the earth,
or bury my face in my pillow,
or stretch myself taut, or raise my hands to the sky
and want, more than all the world, your return.

Off Air

So, last week Jacob came home very excited about a new website kids at school were enjoying. We checked it out, he loved it, he played...

Our laptop is now out of commission. Very sick. I was hoping for a slight cold, but it's looking more like a bad virus...as in won't log on at all virus. *sigh* We'll be off to the doctor later this morning, and I'm really hoping 1. there's a cure and 2. we can afford it.

Hopefully, it's only temporary that we get to find out the answer to that horrible question, "what would we do without our laptop?"

We do have a desktop as well, but it's in our basement Family room and I don't tend to be able to get on it much. Therefore, I'll still be checking in once in a while, but I guess I'm finally going to earnestly work on that New Year's Resolution. Divine intervention?

PS Can I just say that I'm really, really not happy with our anti-virus, anti-spyware software?

à bientôt

Hmmm... my comment disappeared. Anyway, I wrote that you should use Trend Micro as your anti-virus software. That's what I switched to when MacAfee didn't stop the virus my laptop had last fall.

It is so crazy how addicted we have all become to technology. I do not know how we did it without it!
