Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are…
Let me not pass you by in quest of some rare and perfect Tomorrow.
One day I shall dig my nails into the earth,
or bury my face in my pillow,
or stretch myself taut, or raise my hands to the sky
and want, more than all the world, your return.

Winter in Worthington

My winter means dirty ceramic tile.

Cold birdies.

Snowy jungle gym.

My lens wasn't dirty, it was very snowy.

Snowy dog.

A pot of chicken and dumplings bubbling on the stove.

Weather forecast that happened to be true...this time.

Did you know if you wear your jammies inside out and backward you greatly increase your odds of a snow day? Try it, it works.

Cold, but beautiful.

I walked out to the compost bin the other day, and the snow was up to my knee - 18 inches or so. I'm ready for it to be gone. Yesterday was a gorgeous, sunny day with a high of 32. It was fantastically warm!

I have heard the jammie theory, but never believed it. Guess you proved me wrong. Great photos... now I want some chicken and dumplings.

FUN story! Love the pics of the kiddos. My husband would be jealous of the chicken and dumplings. He loves them... You just gave me my inspiration for dinner! Thanks ;)

Yea i was getting so sick of snow. I think it snowed for 2 weeks straight here in WV. Now finally not a drop of snow in sight and i am enjoying it for now.
